Our passionate, inquisitive friend Beatrice Ughi, founder of the Italian import company Gustiamo and lover of incredible ingredienti, will also be there to honor the legendary couple.Expect a book signing, short discussion with Victor and Beatrice, and plenty of Marcella inspired foods. (Think Arancine with her famous Ragu, Pizza with her braised Escarole recipe, and more). Each ticket includes a hearty glass of wine (Jack Daniels in spirit). Not to be missed.

Here, her warm, opinionated voice is stronger than ever, delving out further rules, personal anecdotes, and simple, seasonal recipes. Marcella proved that a meal with as little as three ingredients could be remarkable, so the plan is to cook simply and seasonally this June using her voice as our guide.
