All topics covered, not just food! 4 people max per team.

Learn every step of the process to making Sicily’s national treasure --- rice balls! Owner Paige Lipari divulges all the secrets to making creamy, tasty, perfectly crisp Arancine. Ticket includes a morning spritz. 

On the menu: 

beef ragu with peas + mozzarella, eggplant + toum (garlic sauce), and broccoli rabe + ricotta salata.

We are very excited to announce a new Book Club series. Every six-ish weeks we will read a new memoir, collection of essays, novel, or anything else we find interesting that somehow, in a big or small way, relates to food. Just show up!Our first pick is Hunger, by Roxane Gay, a book we already love deeply and think is important.

If you are passionate about the welfare of our neighborhood cats, join us for Greenpoint Cat Club, a new monthly meet-up group at Archestratus. Let's come together to try and understand the complex and emotional issues relating to outdoor cats, combat cat overpopulation, and keep local cats safe and healthy.

Join Archestratus & Eagle Street Rooftop Farm for the first Roof to Plate Pizza Sunday of the season! Come build your own pizza using superfresh, hyperlocal ingredients and edible flowers sourced from Eagle Street's Sunday market. A COSTUME DINNER PARTY WITH CHIMNEYSUNDAY → OCT 29$40, 7pm

Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume and catch a super intimate performance by our friends Chimney. Fronted by Lucius producer and drummer Dan Molad, the band makes simmering, confessional dream rock that will surely spice up the night. Tickets include beer, a three coarse meal, and the performance and only 30 are available so make sure to grab them while you still can. Hope to see you for a festive night of music and food.
