Join us for a delicious pop-up dinner and brunch from the fierce Chef Evelyn Garcia. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she found her culinary aspirations while traveling throughout South East Asia. Garcia has since worked at Jean Georges' Spice Market, Singaporean restaurant, Masak, and, as Sous Chef, developed seasonal menus for Kin Shop. Oh, and she totally won Chopped. Catch her before she leaves for Texas to open up her own joint!
