THIS SATURDAY at 7p / Join us as we welcome back to the shop (all the way from Japan) one of our favorite cookbook authors and all around incredible humans Nancy Singleton Hachisu! We are honored to be celebrating JAPAN: The Vegetarian Cookbook.  Expect snacks prepared by Nancy and her team, a moderated conversation with Greenpoint's very own Zach Mangan of Kettl Tea, a Q + A, and signing.   Tickets here.

Publisher of Pipette Magazine and author of 2021's You Had Me At Pét-Nat, her memoir about natural winemaking was named one of the best wine books of 2021 by the NY Times and, given its release during the pandemic, we are finally getting to celebrate with her and her NY family, friends, and fans. 

 THUR JUN 22 a u t h o r    e v e n t   *NEW DATE is here! Join us as we welcome an inspiring and sustainable chef, entrepreneur, and now cookbook author Homa Dashtaki to the shop!  The White Moustache Yogurt company founder is here to celebrate her elegant, personal new cookbook Yogurt & Whey: Recipes of an Iranian Immigrant Life. 

  THUR JUN 29 / C O M M U N I T Y    Every six-ish weeks we read a new memoir, a collection of essays, novels, or anything else we find interesting that somehow, in a big or small way, relates to food. Then we discuss. Read through Midnight in Sicily by Peter Robb and join us IN PERSON in June.
