Learn every step of the process to making Sicily’s national treasure --- rice balls! Owner Paige Lipari divulges all the secrets to making creamy, tasty, perfectly crisp Arancine. Ticket includes a glass of wine or beer. 

On the menu:

Three different kinds of Arancine: beef ragu with peas + mozzarella, eggplant + toum (garlic sauce), and roasted pistachio, ricotta salata + sweet onion.
