Devra Ferst, our good friend, food writer, and Archestratus professoressa of our many years running should-be-award-winning class Breaking into Food Writing co-authored a cookbook! Join us as we celebrate her new book The Jewish Holiday Table: A World of Recipes, Traditions & Stories to Celebrate All Year Long. We are filled with joy and pride! Come Come. No. 2 → If there was anyone to write a cookbook about the food of the French Riviera, it's Rosa Jackson. She's been running a cooking school called Les Petit Farcis (translation: think lil veggies stuffed with breadcrumbs and anchovies) for over twenty years in Nice, leading tour groups with Edible Paris, and has written articles about this region in publications like Food + Wine. Come, she has so much to share and it's all in this book!

Sophie is teaching screenwriting at the shop! Apply to be a part of this small group today. You will leave this class with a better understanding of the craft of screenwriting and a clear plan to take on your first (or next) feature with a workshopped outline and a draft of your first act.
