Pick up this knowledge all from a savvy Pennsylvania girl who deeply knows the ways of sauerkraut.Each student will learn three different ways to make kraut (caraway + juniper, dolce with apple, beet + red cabbage) and create their own jar to take home to enjoy later. Experience the comestible building and movement over all three evenings or just one. Delight in the prompt and party of the Joshua Tree Desert, the Yucatan Sunset, and the Procida Sea.
