 No. 3 →  Cookbook Club freaks take note! One of the sweetest people in food, Dina Begum, is visiting the shop! She will be showing us how to make Chotpoti from her cookbook Made in Bangladesh and then we are all gonna have a lil potluck. Bringing a dish is not mandatory, but it certainly is lovely.  

No. 4  →  Do you know about our CSA partnership with Bloomcourt? Have you seen the most beautiful flowers eva at the shop and then tried to buy them and then we said sorry they are not for sale via this particular present means? This is how you hop on the flower clubby: 

Bloomcourt is a woman-run specialty flower farm in Chappaqua NY, less than 40 miles from the shop. Bloomcourt Farm is built on an old swim and tennis club and was born out of the desire to create a beautiful, buzzing ecosystem on what were once clay-covered tennis courts. The farm produces over 70 specialty cut flowers and ornamentals- some of the first varieties we'll see in spring are ranunculus, anemone, specialty tulips, narcissus, and flowering branches. Bloomcourt's CSA offering is available at Archestratus on Tuesdays starting the first week of April!  Bloomcourtuses minimal-till, organic practices to maximize the health of their soil, flowers, friends, customers, and team.
