Drawing from the landscape inspired collections of local textile maker Caroline Z Hurley, Chelsea Turowsky, of San Francisco- based dream kitchen OMIOMI, will explore the progression and natural shifts from desert to sunset to sea through the culinary.

Experience the comestible building and movement over both evenings or just one. Delight in the prompt and party of the Joshua Tree Desert and the Yucatan Sunset.

Each evening meal consists of four exquisite courses. Nightly menus will be gluten-free and mainly plant-based and vegan, with minor inclusions of animal products. Beer, wine, and textiles will all be for sale on premises. We are looking forward to seeing you.

Join Jeffrey Yoskowitz and Liz Alpern, co-founders of the Brooklyn-based food company, The Gefilteria, and co-authors of the celebrated Gefilte Manifesto cookbook, for their robust menu of Polish foods with Jewish origins (and vice versa). The duo draws Inspiration from their recent stint cooking and teaching in Poland and their years of research into eastern European Jewish cuisine. They will collaborate with guest Polish chef, Malika.Dinner will include four courses plus wine and a signature cocktail. Tax and gratuity are included in the ticket price.
