  Finalamente! A book encouraging you to approach creating desserts as you would do savory cooking, by engaging your senses, tasting, seasoning, and letting your ingredients shine. On Thursday, May 26th, come celebrate THE LAST BITE, a groundbreaking debut from award winning pastry chef ANNA HIGHAM.  Anna has been making waves on both sides of the pond, and now runs pastry at London's much-adored The River Café. She will be joined in conversation with JESS SHADBOLT of King Restaurant and is making us a snack!

Then we discuss. Read through Carnival of Snackery: Diaries by David Sedaris and join us in person on Weds May 18 at 7p!
