Watch the brilliant Claudia Roden chatting about her classic 800 recipe tome, The Book of Jewish Food (our Cookbook Club pick). Five minutes in, the interviewer asks Roden to rate certain topics from 1 to 10 as far as it's importance to Jewish cuisine- it's a fascinating ride! O and the first 20 seconds in are in German, fyi. Enjoy.
