We will employ the pamphlet/zine model of quick and urgent production to fundraise as much $$$ and share as much info to our friends and neighbors as possible! Si, one of those courses is dessert. Big winter salad, massive slice of Timballo, something sweet to finish.

An In Person Rainbow Cookie Class from the FUTURE In 3 friggin hours I will teach you how to make killer rainbows and you'll go home with a dozen of them! Looking forward to seeing all you there :) Ingredients + cawfee + and an arancine to snack on included. Each class will be limited to 10 people.

A Sicilian Vegan Night from the FUTURE An evening of Sicilian, family-style food inspired by Nonna. Three-ish courses cooked by Archestratus owner Paige Lipari. Big salad, somethin' else, and something else with other things, and something sweet to finish.
