Enjoy a casual, light dinner from Bologna-based chef Stefano Corvucci and an absorbing conversation between experts Michael Harlan Turkell and Mariangela Montanari, author of ACID TRIP: Travels in the World of Vinegar and esteemed vinegar producer, respectively. A short Q + A will be followed by a vinegar tasting, book signing and some serious mingling.
